SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All purchases are shipped via Pandu Siwi Sentosa. Unfortunately, we do not accept Cash on Delivey (COD) option. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, we estimated all goods will be delivered in maximum of 36 hours after payment (Jabodetabek). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. ZEVIN won't be responsible for unanticipated delays caused by the courier and force majeur factors.Make sure there's someone at the address to receive the order, otherwise it will be delayed.
WEB & DATA SECURITY
For security reasons, ZEVIN online purchases will require some of your data. In case of that, your private data will be processed as confidential data and put under our responsibility. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are accepting international orders, via paypal integrated system. Shipping will use EMS from Pos Indonesia.
